This page explains how to use the Ops e-mail plugin for Squirrelmail.
Usage
- Configure the plugin
- Click on "Options"
- Click on "OPS Settings"
- Enter the "OPS Project Server URL", the location of the Ops webservices
- Enter your username
- Enter your password
- Assign an e-mail message to a project
- Select the e-mail message
- Select the project which you want to assign this e-mail message to in the dropdownlist
- Press "Change project"
- Assign an e-mail message to a project when composing it
- Select the project in the project dropdownlist
- Send your e-mail
- See what project an e-mail message is assigned to
- Select the e-mail message
- The dropdownlist displays the project name this e-mail message is assigned to, when it's not assigned to any project nothing is selected
- See all e-mail messages assigned to a project
- Select the project folder
- See all e-mail messages assigned to this project
Requires OPS e-mail SquirrelMail plugin to be installed at the SquirrelMail you are using, you can check if it is installed by going to your SquirrelMail account, going to "Options". "OPS Settings" should be there, if it's not then OPS e-mail SquirrelMail plugin is not installed.
