Using the OpenOffice Addon

There are two ways to creaste invoices with this plugin. Generate invoice will generate an overview from the timesheetentries of the employees. With Manual invoice you can specify some custom items and they will be totaled for you. Both options will get contactinformation from the OpsProject? server.

Generate Invoice

To generate an Invoice:
  • Select a project from the list
  • Fill in the start and enddate or leave them empty if you want to bill for all hours made. By clicking the button next to the fields you can select a date graphically.

  • Optionally adjust the default costs per hour and the taxrate. Thes will be taken into account in the summation.
  • Click ok. The windo will close and the template will open. You can see the contact information being inserted first and after a while the report follows.

Manual invoice

A manual invoice will get the contact information, but you specify the invoice items manually:
  • Select a project from the list.
  • Optionally alter the default taxrate.
  • Fill in the invoice items. Remember that the amount will be totaled.
  • clcik ok.
