Creating your own template /adjusting the original
The template is just a normal openoffice document with some user fields for the contact information/salutation and a bookmark for the invoice items. User fields are managed by selecting "insert" -> "fields" -> "other" from the menu-bar. In the Fields window select the variables tab and select User Field as type.
These fields are used:
Date - The current date
ProjectName - The name of the selecte project
Company - The companies name (As specified in ldap)
Address - The companies address (As specified in ldap)
ZIP - The companies zip code (As specified in ldap)
Country - The companies country (As specified in ldap)
Salutation - a salutation as specified in the options depending on the gender followed by the contacts last name.
The invoice items are inserted at a bookmark named "timesheet". To indsert a bookmark position your cursor at the desired place in the document and select "insert" -> "bookmarks" from the menu-bar.
