Functional specifications

The original timesheet plugin was developed for an (very ancient) beta of sunbird. Now that a stable release exists, we need to adjust the plugin for this release.

The difference between the beta and the stable release is a completely revised ui. Not only the views but the edit windows has changed dramatically aswell.

Technical interpretation

• Setup development environment
  • Branch the trunk to an 0.3beta bracnh
  • Checkout the latest trunk
  • Check if the venkman debugger is finally ready for sunbird (cross my fingers)
  • Install the stable sunbird release.
  • Unpack the xul jars to lookup
• Adjust the installation package
  • Supported versions of sunbird
  • Upgrade urls
• Fix the options dialog
• Fix the edit view
• Fix the mouse over views
• Simultanious bugfixes

• New release
  • Create a new package
  • Add it to the filereleases on sourceforge.net
  • Update the update registration
